Everything you need to know about managing your club with BadmintonHub.
Q How do I create a club?
To create a club, open the BadmintonHub app and tap on the "Create Club" button on the main dashboard. You'll be prompted to enter your club name, venue details, and primary contact information. Once created, you become the Club Organiser.
Q How do I add members?
Go to the "Members" tab in your club dashboard. Tap the "Add Member" button. You can invite members via their email address or share a unique club invite link. Once they accept, they will appear in your member list.
Q How do I create a game?
From your club dashboard, tap "New Game". Select the date, time, and venue from your saved locations. You can set the maximum number of slots and choose whether to allow members to add guests.
Q How do I settle a game?
Once a game is finished, go to the game details page and tap "Settle Game". Enter the total court cost and shuttlecock expenses. BadmintonHub will automatically split the bill among attendees and update their club balances.
